For our premium jewellery pieces valued over $500, we offer a more comprehensive return policy. We understand these are significant investments, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Should you need to return your item for any reason, we provide complimentary shipping labels to make the process as convenient as possible. This service is available exclusively within Canada.

You have 7 days from your delivery date to decide if your piece is perfect for you. During this period, you may choose between a full refund or an exchange for another item. All returned items undergo careful inspection to ensure they are in their original condition before processing your refund or exchange.

Standard Jewellery (Under $500 Value)

Items priced under $500 are sold on an as-is basis with no returns, refunds, or exchanges available. We encourage you to take your time when selecting these pieces and invite you to visit our showroom or book a consultation to view items in person before making your final decision. Our expert team is always available to answer questions and help you make the perfect choice.

Ring Sizing Services

This means your investment is protected from the moment it leaves our workshop until it arrives at your door. For added security, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

Shipping Rates and Timeline

We offer a flat shipping rate of $50 within Canada, which includes full insurance coverage and tracking capabilities. Once your order is processed, you can expect delivery within 3-5 business days. We typically need 1-2 business days to carefully package and prepare your item for shipment, ensuring it arrives in perfect condition.
